That's the one thing I always refuse to do because it negates the point!

My favourite was a PM entitled "I HAVE BIG MUSCLES" with the content saying "I AM VERY STRONG NOW!". Incidentally, these random and derranged PMs got a much better response from the ladies of Eyes on than Steve's usual attempts at flirting.
