How do you get healthy food to actually taste good?
Now before you guys accuse me of whining or being a pleb, hear me out. I am super prone to ear infections - always have been - and the result is that this has wiped out my taste buds and I only like food if it is really hitting me over the head with flavor (yes this actually happens). Because of this, the more healthy something is the more likely I am to dislike the taste and not enjoy eating.
Because I don't want to die when I'm 40, how can I fix this?
