What things in the series did you not buy into? What parts did you have to force yourself to suspend realism and accept as fiction?

For me it's definitely the Gunblade. Not just that it'd work, but that anyone would ever want to use it.

Also Cloud's giant sword.

And Barret's gunarm.

And that anyone would hire high school students to carry out assassinations.
