Yeah. It used to be only for staff... then for FS, then for RMs, then for people who paid for it. And now everyone has "unlimited" PMs, as far as I know.

I rarely receive messages and even more rarely send them. It's not a feature I've ever used particularly heavily.
I've got 14,516 PM's stored out of the 65,535. If I got as many PM's received and sent as I did yesterday on a regular basis, I would run out of room in two and a half years. xD
