This is not a Hacky Sack. This is my new footbag. Hacky Sack is a brand name like, uh... Kleenex. People call it Kleenex, even if the Kleenex they're using is some other kind of Kleenex.

Danielle rather hilariously calls it a 'Plonker'.

I've mostly just blagged words from Dan's dialect, which is kind of guttedball imho.

Oh! I say totes & hella! and "Hellz yeah!"

I call motorcycle cops "Motorbike Cops" in a really redneck southern accent. Or sometimes I call them "The Law" - -that- is a very redneck thing to say. "I'ma call the law awn yew!"

I have my own bizarre language. Only Del Murder really understands what the smurf I'm saying. Sometimes it's little more than squeals and babbling.

This hasn't been my experience going out-of-state, but whatever. You guys have missed the point of my post, regardless. I still say it differently than other people.

I got curious and did a search and apparently Merriam-Webster and Oxford dictionaries both have "Kleenex" in their dictionaries now xD

It's like when I went to the UK and they say "hoover" for vacuum.

On the subject of genericized trademarks and things you say, I use "photoshop" as a verb for any sort of photo manipulation regardless of what software was used. I use "google" similarly even though I search with DuckDuckGo.

I was going to say nothing until I saw this post. I use a few of these.

    I say "legit" a lot.

Also I call everyone bro. Guy, girl, I don't care, if you're cool you're a bro in my book.

sidebar: i generally hate the use of brand names used in place of a generic term. even if you are using a Kleenex brand tissue, a Xerox brand photocopier, or searching the internet with Google

in my laziness i tend to slur some words. one that i've noticed that i do a lot is if i'm ordering, say, a coffee. I intend to say "Could I have a large coffee" and it comes out as "kdiavuhh large coffee" or something like that

saying hella is hella lame, brah

There is a difference between general area slang and your own words/dialect. Nerds.
