Words you say in your own dialect/accent

In Missouri we call tissue by the brand-name Kleenex.

Pretty sure everyone everywhere calls it that...

Pretty much. This was brought up in an episode of Corner Gas...

This is not a Hacky Sack. This is my new footbag. Hacky Sack is a brand name like, uh... Kleenex. People call it Kleenex, even if the Kleenex they're using is some other kind of Kleenex.

This hasn't been my experience going out-of-state, but whatever. You guys have missed the point of my post, regardless. I still say it differently than other people.
