From before the characters got re-designed. Amazing how XV looks so similar yet so different at the same time. Also it seems the bit that was originally CG footage in the early trailers is now the combat segment we got treated too at E3.

Well, I don't know about everything else, but I certainly think Noctis' current design is better than the original.

Think they got a Yakuza kinda theme going on earlier hence why Regis is dressed in a suit. They later change it for XV.
Regis is so much sexier in the kingly suit. Shame he died with a giant HIV infected blade thrusted through his old manly chest.
