Claire (bridesmaid) was over yesterday and we all played our part in cooking up some chicken & penne with a tomato and mascarpone sauce last night with mozeralla on it, and garlic bread on the side. 'twas quite nice in the end, although a rather filling meal (and I don't normally find pasta that filling).
Today's lunch was fish'n'chips. It was okay... not nearly as good as the stuff I get from our local chippy, though. Fish from Angelo's = nom nom nom nom nom.
