    Default Need help accessing my laptop.

    Not to long ago my laptop got the blue screen of death. I have tried my best to get back into it, but have not got anywhere. I used my girlfriends laptop and made a recovery disk(I didn't make one when I had the chance) and it has apparently made it to where I cant use my password. I tried every password I have ever had, but nothing, I don't have a guest account either. Does anyone know how to access it without being able to get to the desktop at all?

    I'd recommend burning a linux live CD or making a live USB. It'll allow you to get into your machine to grab what you need, and then you can set about reinstalling windows with an installation disc.
