I had the pleasure of meeting him two years ago when he came to my university and he was so big that only a few people could be in the elevator with him, so I cannot say I am surprised by this, but still saddened. A great actor. He will be missed.

Wow. He wasn't that old was he?? How sad.
Wait what?! Dude was only 51.
This hurts. I just watched all of the Sopranos a few months back for the first time.
Yeah this is incredibly heartbreaking.
Even though everyone thought we were mobsters for a few years, The Sopranos was such an awesome love letter to New Jersey, and it's almost all owed to him. I also really enjoyed all the other roles he's had over the years since, like in Zero Dark Thirty and the Taking of Pelham remake.
Wait trout what? This is some bulltrout here Rest in RIP dued
I feel the need to whack Pussy in his honor or something.

R.I.P.
I was so bummed when I heard about this, one of the best leads on one of my favourite all time shows.
RIP
Terrible news indeed
"Excuse me Miss, do you like pineapple?"
Really shocked and saddened to hear this news. I loved the Sopranos and he was such a great actor. R.I.P.
Ironically while I was packing today I had a look at my Sopranos box set. A show I really enjoyed, but haven't watched in ages, and a little later my dad told me on the phone that "the guy who played Tony" (he didn't know the actor's name) had died.
It's sad to hear this, as I said I like the Sopranos, and even though that's the only thing I've seen him in, he is an excelent actor. RIP.
