Anyway.

City #2 near my city, the same coast: Daniel Towns (It's a City, but is known as Daniel Towns as it is made up of many smaller towns that outgrew themselves).

City #3 across the pond, far East coast on the exact same level as the Loony Bin: BoB's Nottaire.

River if you still want 'em: Life's Butter Stream

EDIT: If possible, have Daniel Towns be where The Loony Bin is right now, and have it own it's territory. Have The Loony Bin become a much smaller region, perhaps just the tiny little bit on the West Coast, maybe that peninsula which Daniel Towns cuts off from the rest of the inland.
