I like to think of myself as a benevolent ruler. While Auschwitz was clearly guilty of many war-crimes, it deserved liberating, and now with aid from Bunasa, will hopefully prosper as a nice fledgling city.

Diez is the newest of my settlements and hopefully will be a nice town to provide the perfect contrast to the hustle and bustle of the sky pirate city. And I feel that Diez and Emerald City could work wonderfully together. As a sleepy town, Diez would work well with preserving the verdant green fields that dot the landscape of the left island. And with a name like Emerald, it's ideal!

I'd love to form a treaty.
