Just from my own personal experience I don't ever recommend sleeping in more than a half hour on your days off. My work day begins at 4am so I wake up at 3am on workdays and usually ~3:30am on days off. It keeps my circadian rhythm stable and does a fantastic job of keeping me healthy and always feeling alert.
