Out of curiosity, to anyone who stumbles across this, is there any way to set up notifications if someone is to quote me or be affiliated with anything I write to my e-mail?

Hello there and welcome!

If you click the little speech bubble icon with a + next to it and then "Reply with Quote" it'll quote each of those messages you've clicked on so you can reply to them all in one go. Like this:

You can setup subscriptions to notify you if someone posts in a thread you've posted in. Just click "Thread Tools" at the top and use the option "Subscribe to Thread."
