I was linked to an old blog entry today where some crazy person in the comments argued that the "reasonable person" standard used in, oh, every area of law in the US (and many other countries) is actually code for Jesus and is thus unconstitutional. That... is a new one.

This was in a blog entry about sexual harassment training, where the same commenter asserted that anyone who sues over sexual harassment deserves to have their lives ruined, among other things.
