So... what are they saying (or singing) in this cartoon?

This may seem like an odd thread, but I can barely understand a single lyric during the slow part of the song during the graveyard scene. The rest of it (when it speeds up and get even weirder) I can actually understand more than I remembered from the first time. I hope you don't mind me asking this.
