My mother makes the most wonderful cheese ball. Mmmmmm..... If she leaves it alone with me, I will consume the entire thing by myself.
CHEEEESE. I absolutely love them! I actually slice Colby-Jack cheese into small squares and eat them while watching a movie, gaming, etc. And as much as I love a good pasta, you can never have too much cheese on them. :>
Cheese <3 A nice old cheddar is <3 Piave is pretty smooth too. And goat's milk brie!
Also, Chris is right *twitches* cheddar isn't uncommon to put into desserts, especially paired with apples. Like in an apple strudel. It is pretty smurfing delicious.
