This thread yet again makes me wonder how Chris manages to experience any joy out of life. Though we should probably take pity on him, as he obviously has some sort of congenital deformity of his taste buds and/or brain that prevents him from enjoying all that is good and pure.

Well done. I love the texture of a well done steak with pepper sauce. The rarer it is the more it feels watery to me and less of a 'steak' taste.
