Standard.. Cheese, Sour Cream, Bacon Bits, Chives.. I never get butter on it 'cuz there's just no point when you have everything else on there. Can't taste it anyway.
My mom likes to get chili on her's. There's a really good BBQ place in Texas down the street from them that has baked potatoes topped with different things. The chili one isn't half bad.
Cheese, butter, sour cream, chives and the inside of the potato all whipped together. Stuff and re-bake. So damn good.
Is this like potato skins?

Sometimes just butter and salt. Sometimes loaded down with cheese, bacon, and sour cream.
Also good: broccoli, chicken and white cheeses. Hmmmm.
