Chorizo - Chorizo? Damn that's fancy. I do definitely always have some sausage in there though
Jalepenos/Serranos - Eh. Give or take. Definitely not an everyday thing.
Tomatoes & Tomatillos - Not Tomatillos, but Tomatoes are obviously important
Sour Cream - My mum loves the stuff, so it's always in the fridge because of her.
Crisco - Don't know what this is.
Onions & Garlic - But of course for the onions. Garlic is very much a rarity.
Spinach - Eh. Not a neccessity.
Cheese - But of course

Potatoes - But of course

Rice - But of course
Flour - But of course
Tomato Sauce - But of course
Chicken Boullion - Boullion? What's that!
Corn Tortillas - I happen to love fajitas, so for me this is pretty much an everyday purchase
Dried Beans (Black & Pinto) - I'm not so keen, so perhaps not an everyday thing.
Decent list there actually, but I've got a few additions, at least for me:

Packet Noodles - While they are unhealthy, they are great for a snack
Lettuce, cucumber etc (Salad stuff) - Always good for that health boost
Cereal - Mmmmm
Bread - How is bread NOT an everyday purchase? At the very least, baguettes are heavenly
Salsa - Mainly to go with the fajitas.
Butter - To go with bread. Handy for baking as well I suppose

I can't think of any more definite neccessities. There probably is more, but I can't be asked rummaging through my kitchen looking at food.
The tomatillos & tomatoes & jalepenos are primarily -for- making homemade salsa. Boil up a few tomatillos with a jalepeno or two, some onion, and peeled garlic cloves, scoop it all out with a slotted spoon & put in a blender, add some cilantro & lime juice maybe, blend away. Then you add it back to a hot skillet with a little bit of oil and let it reduce a bit so that it thickens up somewhat.

Mexican Chorizo is pretty cheap. And it's kind of become a common staple in my fridge over the last 5 or 6 years. It's made with vinegar, so you can't cook it up in a patty like regular sausage, so I chop onion, garlic, & jalepeno (a trio I use in almost everything) and sautee it in with the chorizo until the chorizo is cooked. Beat up a few eggs & add them to the chorizo and scramble it all up. Heat up corn tortillas and make tacos with it.

I forgot to add lime to that list.

Crisco is hard vegetable shortening - used by Southern Folk to make biscuits and gravy XD ... That's about the only thing I use it for.

And fresh Spinach I prefer over any other kind of green - mainly for the health benefits, but it's also really versatile. It can be eaten in a salad or sauteed to make an omelette or spinach & cheese (& chicken maybe) salsa verde-sour cream enchiladas.

My daughter looooves bananas, but I absolutely refuse to buy them anymore. She's the only one that eats them and she's only with me 2 days a week, so they start browning and then those damn fruit flies start manifesting out of the blue and it drives me absolutely insane. I can't deal with it lol
