Highwind Award for Best Site Staff

The Highwind awards are determined by a vote only from staff members. The Highwind Award for members of the Site Staff goes to Aulayna.

Aulayna has only been on staff for about 6 months now, and wasn’t even a very active poster for much longer before that. But she has already made her mark. She has consistently worked hard to write up feature articles, and even started working on frontsite and content management design to earn her Developer title. Aulayna’s shining moment was definitely E3, where she worked tirelessly for an entire week to bring the latest updates and commentary to EoFF. She posted a ton of articles and even live-blogged press conferences. Showing her commitment to quality, Aulayna puts a great deal of effort into organizing and stylizing her articles, and it shows. Oh, and just to show she hasn’t forgotten the forums: she also makes a zillion threads.

Aulayna has proven adept at organizing events and consistently putting out articles, making this a well-earned Highwind award. Congratulations, Aul!

The Highwind award for members of the Forums Staff goes to none other than Pike.

Pike has carried on her fantastic form from last year through to 2013. She supplies EoFF with an endless flow of threads and posts and they're always worth reading. She is friendly to everyone and anyone, always approachable, and that doesn't just go for the forums - she can be found in the chatroom, on Twitter, on Facebook and it wouldn't surprise me if she pops up in other random areas of the site without anyone realising. She contributes valuably to nearly every aspect of EoFF. She brings members to the place through the social media and she is always pushing such things in the staff forum. I'm proud to present the Highwind Award for Forums Staff to her! Congratulations, Pike! Much deserved!
