Nevertheless, because it is there, and because it's hilariously awful, I am now forcing shion to watch episodes with me. The premise is a girl has her rich, music tycoon father die, and is given half of the company in his estate. The other half is controlled by stereotypical douche, and he's apparently ruining it with his bad attitude, and his new edgy female group. (The badguys) So to see who wins the company they've agreed to a battle of the bands in 6 moths time (that's right, a multi-million dollar company is going to be eventually controlled by one of two troutty garage bands). It's a wonderful blend of misogyny, misandry, bad music, wonderful gender stereotypes, 80's sleeze, and a host of other "jems".
Here's a fun example, when the leading ladies (apparently her father was also a brilliant inventor who decided to waste his incredibly brilliant hologram technology by hiding it from the world, and only giving it to his daughter to use for her music career) received their special powers it turned out to be musical instruments, a full wardrobe, and a cool car. 80's style.
P.S.It's really bad.
EDIT: Scott made a post about indulging, and this reminded me that my guilty pleasure is watching T.V. shows that are train wrecks. I have to make fun of them. I just have to.

I started watching Sabrina the Animated Series again and it is bad. I was young when I watched it and I didn't realize just how bad it is.
I like Kung-Fu.
The Baby-Sitters Club TV show is also on Netflix.
As a kid I looveeedd it because I was obsessed with the books, but looking at it now is just... no, regardless of nostalgia. Even with the books, I sometimes wonder what I was thinking.
The show's better than the movie, at least.
