Do you like them?
I do like clams! I finally tried them at Joe's Crab Shack when Jay & I ate there in Shreveport. I was always too afraid of them, but I finally bit the bullet and dug in.
I love seafood in general - tuna, tilapia, salmon, crabs, lobster (though it was really depressing digging one out of the tank at Red Lobster to get steamed), mmmmm yummeh in my tummeh. Swordfish is really good too, but I think it's one of those fish that has a high mercury level so they advise you to limit how much you eat.
My parents love fried oysters, but they're absolute favorite thing in the world is Port Hadlock Oysters from Washington State. According to them, Port Hadlock Oysters are native to that specific area and have a very distinct taste.
I work at a restaurant called "Acres of Clams" and think they are the worst item on the menu. Like eating tiny eyeballs.
And they smell awful.
White clam pizza is like my most favorite thing to make.
I don't like clams on their own but clam chowderrrrr oh my god.
catfish chowder
I can do clam chowder (a little), oyster stuffing, and maybe some other stuff.
Clams, oysters, abalones, or whatever the hell else horrid little mollusk by themselves? Negative.
