							It is the most delicious thing ever conceived. A bit pricey since Parmesan ain't exactly cheap, but well worth it once a week or so. Like I said, I'll throw together a guide for it tomorrow. It's tough to explain without pictures since there's no real recipe or anything, and no set time for when it's done.
