							If it's just wheat and not gluten, it's actually really easy to just remove it from your diet. 
When I cut out carbs, my heartburn went away. And came back when I started eating carbs again. Which made me SUPER SAD, because god damn, I love carbs. It kinda annoyed me how many positive benefits there were to cutting out carbs.

It's really good! I may have posted about it before. I've made it like 4 times in the past few weeks.

Lots of great stuff there.
