    I haven't had much true Mexican food (not sure if you count Tex Mex, though), but I did grow up mostly on Filipino food. So of course I'm going to choose Filipino. I actually get kind of snippy if people snub my culture's food. Lol.

    I don't know much about the similarities except for empanadas and such. I guess Filipinos just made some things catered more to their tastes. But I also know that Mexican menudo is very different from Filipino menudo. And there is no spiciness in our food. At all. Sweet chili sauce for the lumpia doesn't count. XD

    And adobo seasoning? What?
