I made a major fail with this chili I made a couple of weeks ago. It was extremely bitter and just... UGH.

And then I made something with chicken I think and it was disgusting too. OH yeah... Coq Au Vin Blanc. The pot wasn't right. It made the entire thing taste burnt.
