Has anyone run across this?

I've got everyone's final limit breaks except for Cloud's and Barret's I think. Yeah.

And kept wondering -why- I couldn't teach it to them. But then I read something and it said there is a glitch that can prevent you from being able to teach them.

Considering this is the 2nd time I've played through it, it's also the 2nd time I've hit it. I just didn't know it was something with the game.

And now I'm at the Northern Cave, so there's no sense in starting all over.
