5) This question is too vague. Are we talking main, playable characters? If that's the case, then you could argue all of them have been touched or connected to Shinra in some way. But I'm assuming this is people who have been IN Shinra as like a paid employee. If this is the case, then Vincent, because he was a former Turk.
