That is ridiculous, but actually looks hilarious. It's the type of thing you'd bust out and show someone to create the strangest feeling in, and then hide away for ever. Goddamn they need better underwear.
That is the most goddamn mortifying and creepy-looking game I have ever seen. And I've played SH3 alone in a darkened room.

There are more than just grunting noises. I swear I can hear the testes bouncing off his legs. And because I was trying so hard to relate the noises with testicle locations, I'm fairly certain you can see the tip of a shaft poking out of his speedo in certain instances.

It's a start, but I do feel that they need to create more realistic physics. Also, anatomy, because I don't feel there was any sack involved, just some weird plastic spinning oval..
