I work as a personal shopper, buying groceries that people order online. For some customers who don't have an internet connection or don't know how to use a computer, we take their orders over the phone instead. We have a customer who does this but she can't hear anything, so I have to shout into the phone several times to say anything to her. It's very awkward.
