I have not had terrible customer service experiences as of yet. I guess up to this point the only terrible things that have happen to me personally is getting my orders messed up when I go to pick up something at a fast food place.

I did recently made an online purchase where the state of the contents I received are not what I expected. I have only 48 hours to contact the seller and arrange a return/refund, I hope that goes well because their refund policies are bit restrictive.
