Aeris' limit breaks are missing?

After I revived Aeris, her limit breaks are all missing. My party is around level 40 now and I've just hit the Northern Crater. This guide on gamefaqs says that it takes 50 battles for Aeris to "remember" how to do Limit Breaks and I've done way more than 50 battles.

Any ideas?

You don't actually revive Aeris! XD If you have her back it's done altering space-time continuum and you get the same "her" that went you you at the Temple of the Ancient and probably the one BEFORE entering the temple, so she is even fixed in the party and you can't remove here like back then... From her point of view it's not like dieing and being revived but traveling to the future!

Zombies don't get limit breaks.

They can, but Aeris' limit breaks are healing based, and now harmful to her, so she doesn't want to use them.
