I posted this on my FB, but thought there would be a bigger gaming audience here.

WayForward got lots of publicity recently for developing for DuckTales Remastered, and you children are probably looking forward to the upcoming Adventure Time game.

But what I want to draw your attention to is their kickstarter for Shantae: 1/2 Genie Hero.

Shantae has been director Matt Bozon's pet project for over a decade, but as a small studio, WayForward has had to put up with producing a lot of licensed titles. Every chance they get, though, there's another beautiful quirky platformer featuring this half-genie girl.

I recommend you read through the Kickstarter page, which explains about WayForward and about this series in particular, and maybe throw in a little something something.
