A hobo serial killer who lurks in the Underground awaiting his victims to reveal themselves to him. The poor souls are most often folks who engage in arguments about cucumbers and zucchinis and disagree with him about which is which, but he has been known to strike in the case of a football disagreement or even an ugly look. Originally titled "Psychotic Underground Killer Hobo" but David Lee Winchester of the Channel 2 Evening News Team coined the name "Psychotic" one night during a fresh report on an attack and the name stuck. (Some folks have taken to calling him Pukho, but this name is not as common.)
