Holy balls do I like pokemon Y. Haven't got X because when I was looking at the line-ups I really, really wanted Skrelp. So far the game has been kind to me, rewarding me with a great team and allowing me to use super-training to sculpt the team I wanted. I never mess around with IVs 'cuz I'm not that guy.. but being able to custom-set EVs is an absolute godsend!

I like a lot of the new pokes introduced and a lot of the new moves, and I recall my friends and I all becoming hilariously uncomfortable whenever the move 'trick or treat' was used. "you just gave that pokemon ghost type... by taking it out for a night of spooky fun?" "Did you just kill it so you can make shadowball super effective?" "gourgiest 2spoopy4me" Originally I was apprehensive of a lot of new features like the exp. all 2.0 and the lollerskates, but both grew on me real fast. I'm one of those monsters who's team is a whole box you keep rotating in and out of use based on area, gym, feels, and position of the moon during the day, so having the option to power everyone up to such a huge degree really helped.

Also I went Chespin because of the porn my love for grass types, and Chesnaught hasn't disappointed me yet.

On Thanksgiving I got the chance to play this. Played my lil cousin's profile and he was at the end so I just beat the Elite 4 and the champion. Even though I only played like the last hour of that game it didn't feel like it's worthy of a purchase. The combat didn't really feel any different from Emerald and the only new thing I noticed was the mega transformations.

but when i go there i cant find anything, and when i update in the settings of the console it says its up to date...

Seach E-Shop for "Pokémon X" (or Y). Under the list of things that pop up should be the full downloadable games, a ton of trailers, and the 1.2 updates. Select the 1.2 update, purchase it (for free), then download it.

While some are definitely better than others, I'm really enjoying a lot of these pieces of artwork.

Crobat + Scizor. Because regular Scizor just isn't awesome enough, apparently.

Plus, Dorkly has been kind enough to include the sources, and on a couple of those, you can find pages and pages of the artist's other fusion works. What Pokémon fusion would you create?

I wasn't really thinking of it before since it's not like I have any Pokies to transfer over (seeing as X&Y was my first since 3rd gen) but now I'm being tempted by the Celebi.

I know I'm going to be one of those people. The main reason is to finally have all the pokemon. So I'm going through all of the 4th and 5th Gen games to catch what isn't already in X/Y. Celebi is a great touch too. So is the fact that it's only $5 a year.

Take advantage of the free trial period: free Celebi and free bank in january

The one huge downside of the bank is that items cannot be stored in it, which blocks all the exclusive megastones (and all the BP earned stuff too) from easily being transfered ; you'll have to rely on a friend for that.

I'm working on completing my Pokedex but since I haven't played D/P/P or B/W and have nothing to transfer I'm going through the trading route. I've been breeding Arons as currency and those things trade like hotcakes.

Arons probably have nothing on Shroomish. I was putting those up for quite literally anything other than legendaries a while ago and they'd still be gone 5 minutes later.

I traded a nearly perfect Larvitar for a Feebas, then started breeding Feebas and traded Feebas for Cottenee, Misdreavus and Mudkip. Currently trying to figure out what other pokemons I feel I need.
