Re:CoM was indeed on PS2, but I'm pretty sure it was released after the PS3 was already out. I feel like it just kind of appeared in Gamestops and other stores without any real fanfare. Now that I think about it, I'm not sure Re:CoM ever got a European release before the HD ReMIX.

In other news, I do have some ideas for other articles in the future if I have time. Hopefully with those I'll be able to spend a little more time editing as I've already noticed a couple of errors I missed in this one.
