Zell, Penelo (God do I hate that bitch with a passion. IDK why)..
Hope gets on my nerves too. So does Mog in 13-2. Mog don't need no damn voice other than to say "Kupo!" (and even then, the simple little sound from IX would suffice) and the one they picked sucks.
Vaan and Penelo were 2 of he most pointless, but not sure if that qualifies as worst.
Vaan was tolerable. His creepy man abs were not.
Penelo was just stupid. Her outfit and hair sucked balls. She grated on my nerves.lol So yes, IMO it qualifies.
