Since Lightning got a shield, I think Serah should have also got a shield of her own (aside from the small one she has in her Style and Steel outfit), and a bowsword that did not require Mog to transform into it, allowing him to act as a party member rather than a weapon.

Also, I think it would be really cool if Lightning had a sword that combines elements of her Blazefire Saber, Serah's bowsword, and Squall's gunblade in VIII, all in one. She can fire both gun bullets and arrows (each will serve different purposes), and can also vibrate the blade for quicker and more powerful hits.

I think Balthier should have gotten a sword the size of Cloud's Buster sword but designed like Zidanes weapons with the functionality of squalls gunblade.
I think it should also be able to transform into a dragon-slayer bow from Dark Souls and also a cannon that shoots moogles. Also, Lightsabers.

Hell, I think if they were going to call him Mog, they shoulda let him fight in battle with Serah and Noel. Party of three, and ditch the monster add-on altogether. Not really sure how Mog woulda ended up in Pulse, but I'd be game. I don't like them reusing the name Mog for a Moogle lol. I especially hated VII calling Moogles Mogs. We have enough repeat names with the Cids and Biggs and Wedges of the world.

I think Tifa should have gotten gloves with pistol barrels going out of each knuckle, firing depleted uranium bullets at stuff. That would be excellent.
