I agree with the general feelings. This new commenting system is worse than a rotten tomato filled with black widows.

You might not be able to even with your G+ account. Hard to say. It's pretty inconsistent. Luckily YouTube comments are awful things.
I already have a Google+ account... can only reply to comments made in the last 2 days, anything older and I got no chance.Guess what? You need a Google+ account to reply now.
