Well it hasn't happened yet, but I've got a whole group doing a Wild West Batman thing at A-Kon in Dallas next month. I'll be playing the part of Commissioner Gordon! And that's why the beard has to go away. I'll also be shaving the mustache in order to wear a more suitable prosthetic.

I've got a tan duster that I'll be roughing up a bit, a pair of navy suspenders that I "denimized" by whitewashing them with paint, some custom-stitched holsters out of leather, belt that's being aged by sitting on my dashboard in the sun, etc etc etc
