In 2005 Lone Wolf Leonhart joined a forum called Eyes on Final Fantasy and in hindsight it was a grand idea because almost a decade later it's considered his internet home etc etc
Really though, nothing comes to mind specifically. Though I hate when I'm on the clock and I think about something really cool I want to look up on the internet, so the next hour or so I have to keep reminding myself of said thing so when my break comes I can run out to my car and type it in the "notes" section of my phone.

They just hit me randomly.
When I finally have a good idea, I'll let you know where it happened.
I tend to have all my good ideas around the same time that I read about somebody else's good idea.
All my ideas are good, so I suppose that it happens whenever I think.
My best ideas come when I'm hopped up on caffeine.

The best ideas come to me after they're relevant. Either that or late at night right before I go to bed. That's annoying because I have to either remember or write a note. And yes, writing a note is complete chore and torture when you're tired and wanted to just fall on your bed. Stupid pen and paper, don't you know you're not suppose to exist in the physical realm at this late an hour?

I have had a bunch of great ideas that I can't remember anymore because I always have all of my really great ideas while I'm driving to or from work. And it's like a 45 minute drive on good days, on the interstate, during the busiest times, so there is literally nothing I can do about them. And there is no way I'm going to be able to focus on the idea for that long.
What I need to do is recreate the driving experience while I'm in a place I can safely write down an idea.
