Had a quest disappear on me

Two NPCs were standing next to each other.

1 was a story quest, 2 was a regular quest

I talked to 1 first. Once the story quest was complete, a story quest icon appeared over 2.

But the regular quest from 2 never came back. I don't know what happened.



Have you ever played this and saw something that made you go "well...that was weird"?

I genuinely don't think that should happen. Do you have the names of the NPCs?

Yeah, they were Sylphs in Little Solace in the Eastern Shroud.

Knolexia was the 1 that had the story quest.

And Komuxio was the 2 that had the regular quest that disappeared once a new story quest appeared. Although, this could have been Laxio. They are standing right next to each other, but I think it was the former.
