The University of Pennsylvania probably has the best crepes I've ever tasted. They are made by a very modest French man who loves to cook only savory and sweet crepes to perfection. I envy that university because we didn't have food like that in our school's cafeteria and moreover, not authentic French cuisine or Insomnia Cookies.
