Crepes are great with fruit and cream cheese filling.

Or cream cheese and veggies. Crepes are just awesome. I use to eat them with some sauteed onion, zucchini and squash blended into mascarpone and then stuffed into the crepes. Pour some white wine sauce over them and they are delicious.

The University of Pennsylvania probably has the best crepes I've ever tasted. They are made by a very modest French man who loves to cook only savory and sweet crepes to perfection. I envy that university because we didn't have food like that in our school's cafeteria and moreover, not authentic French cuisine or Insomnia Cookies.

Crepes are heaven on earth. I prefer them with warm, melted cheese and ham. Puuuurrfect. Or just sugar and cinnamon.
But I have to try them with veggies once I guess! Good idea there.

Edit: In Switzerland, crepes are really thin but I think what you call crepes here are omelettes for us..and pancakes are really thick. Thickness level: Crepes < Omelettes < Pancakes

I've never tried them with anything but veggies, so I suppose I'll have to try them your way too. I doubt anything would make them taste bad.
