What should Loony BoB's new username be?

I think his new name should be Loony BoB. With two spaces, representing his increased metaphorical mass.

EDIT: is there some kind of filter that fixes double spaces or is that some inherent vBulletin thing or what. Cause it's really ruining my already pathetic joke

It's just the way browsers render HTML. You could use a non-breaking space if you want both spaces to show up.
