Does anyone have experience with it yet? Is its style editor as unimaginably horrible as vB4's? Does it suck less than vB4 in general?
Curious what people's experiences with it are. Odds are slim to none of me ever upgrading FG past 3.8 (too many styles to upgrade) but one of the other forums I'm on has some people who want to upgrade past 3.8 and I want to know if it'll be a colossal pain in the arse.
Every upgrade makes vB more bloated with features and crap no one needs. If I had my way I'd scrap vB on EoFF and write a replacement myself. I don't think I'd pay money for vB5.
There's over 150,000 lines of PHP just in the `includes` folder of vB4. It boggles the mind what it's actually doing.

And you should write your own! Or just heavily modify phpBB. I've never seen the need for anything more complicated myself.
