yes and i think i learned it here. i never knew that bats always fly left when exiting a cave ;o
does that mean they only fly right when entering?
-Foxes are the only member of the dog family capable of retracting their claws like cats do. Foxes also have vertical pupils that look more like those of cats than the rounded pupils that other dogs have.
-Foxes typically live three years in the wild but can live up to 10 years in captivity.
-Foxes can eat up to several pounds of food a day. What they don’t eat, they often bury under leaves or snow for later. They also do not chew their food; instead it uses its carnassial or shearing teeth to cut the meat into manageable chunks.
-The Mandarinfish (my favorite fish!) does not have scales and is covered instead in a thick mucous used to protect itself.
Otters have consensual sex in the missionary position while listening to Barry White. They enjoy expensive red wines and cuddling by the fireplace, as well as romantic gestures and displays of affection. However they can be quite possessive and require a lot of attention, but if you think you can handle dating an otter, dial 1-335-557-8996 for your mail-Otter bride today.
Otters sometimes hold each other's hands to keep from drifting apart, apparently.
I still think rat when I look at an otter and no cute chirping can change it for me. I would let one pass me by unharmed if I saw one of course. They seem alright.
I learned that the whale from Free Willy got millions of dollars in donations to be released into the wild where he then died and 700 people attended his funeral and built him a memorial.
Edit: Happy upcoming New Years everyone!

Yes they do chirp. Annoyingly so. When I used to live on the river with my parents they would always be around chirping at my dog from under the deck driving him insane. Otters chirping under your house making your dog bark at your floor is actually kinda hilarious. But it gets annoying fairly fast too.
