After over two weeks, I saw my girlfriend today! Us both being sick and conflicting schedules delayed us that badly. She'll be moving in soon, so we won't have to be dealing with that sort of nonsense anymore.

Woke up nice and early (for me) today and just had so much more free time. Felt good!
Despite having an awful day yesterday I did clear up this irritating problem I had concerning paying off a small debt, so that was a huge load off my mind.
Today: I recently picked back up Dark Souls II and made a good amount of progress in a short amount of time.

Me: Do you want soup for lunch?
Michael: I don't like that.
A few minutes later, Michael opens the freezer and pulls out an ice pack
Michael: What's this?
Me: That's an ice pack. It keeps food cold.
Michael: I like this.
Me: You'll eat an ice pack but you won't eat soup?
Michael: Yes.
(He had soup for lunch)
Michael draws two pictures, sharky draws Darth Vader.
Michael: Look grandma, that's Took (dog), Crowley (cat), and Darth Vader. Sort of.

Went out for a special lunch and Michael had a side of fries on the way. Meanwhile, I got a few fries from the buffet. He reaches over and takes a handful. His side of fries arrives a few minutes later.
Me: Can I have some fries?
Michael: Just one. *stern look*
Me: I got a mug in Pennsylvania. It has a bear on it.
Michael: Why?
Me: Because I like mugs.
Michael: I hate mugs.
Me: ...Oh.
Michael: That's the baby t-rex and the other baby t-rex and that's the mommy t-rex.
Me: What's the mommy t-rex's name?
Michael: Joe Bryan.
sharky: Well at least he's progressive.

David Bowie in my kitchen, Game of Thrones is downloading, I have a cucumber gin and my amazing lemon chicken parmesan pasta is cooking as I write this. And then I'm making fancy smores for dessert. I had a ton of new ideas for design today and I hope that by next weekend I can get back into my creative sphere. Life feels good lately

Just got a nice message on my 'girl friend tinder' as I call it. A nice girl who has two cats and is obsessed with all things British wants to be my friend. She's also Malaysian and loves cooking so I'm thinking I'm well in there for delicious food. She has a degree in languages and culture, loves to have long discussions, and she loves disney and I think I have a bit of a girl/intellectual crush on her for that.
Could she be the Cristina to my Meredith? Only time will tell.
