Things that made you happy today!

Took a small break from my daily happiness things because I felt like I was the only one carrying the thread, and I felt like I was being really annoying. So to make up for that lost ground...

Summed up happiness of collective days: Despite being in a bad spot mentally recently, I did manage to kick ass at work and cover a lot of what I wanted to get done. I also had a major realization recently (see latest thread I made in The Lifestream) that really has helped me out and made me look at life more positively. Also, a lot of people have supported me and encouraged me in heartwarming ways in relation to that event, and I am very thankful because of that. Also, I am going to go to C2E2, which is a comic convention. I haven't gone to something like that since 2011, so I am excited to do something like that again even though I am more of an observer rather than a participant in situations like that.

Today: Went to parents house. Sometimes my dad will come home kind of moody for work related reasons. I usually stay quiet and let him work things out. Not today. I assaulted him with happiness and a positive attitude and I think it rubbed off on him a bit. Also spread a lot of positivity online today. Some people are apparently shocked and think something is wrong with me, which amuses me. I even had a friend ask if I was being sarcastic. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised since I was recently very toxic online because I a bad mental place a week or two ago, as mentioned in the last paragraph. Also, sort of in general. Not going to worry about it, though! I'm sure I'll eventually get in a bad mood, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there. I feel good, and I want others to be happy.

Tonight, I am going for a meal with the 4 people that I love more than anything in the Universe (Mum,Dad,sis and Danny) to celebrate the fact that for the moment, my Dad is leukaemia free.

The nightmare is over for now.

I didn't post yesterday cuz I was so busy being happy I forgot to, but I beat Final Fantasy VII.

It always makes me happy to beat FF7. Now on to FF8!

So I've left a tab open with an image link. I didn't know when I was going to use the link but I wanted it there so if I needed to and I wouldn't lose it.

Well now every time I close a tab, it reverts back to that tab as it's the one left. I have been so amused today. "People are upset about x" Picture. "TIL that this thing happened" Picture. It's cracking me up. It's the perfect way to end anything i'm looking at.

This girl I used to be super close friends with found me on Facebook... I've looked for her numerous times over the years but never did. And she found me and I'm just so happy. We used to have SO much fun together.

This has made my entire week.

I am having bizarre mood swings which include despair, physically painful stress, inability to focus, exhaustion, and a kind of giddiness. So...while I'm on the upswing:

-Yesterday I went to a restaurant to get some takeaways for Spuuky and I, and after talking to the owner for a bit about her business, she wrote me a gift certificate which exceeded the amount we had spent that evening!

-Today I got to work up one position, so effectively I doubled my pay for the day while doing less work

-A friend of mine invited me to dinner tomorrow, and it's just so nice to have someone actually do something and not resort to "let's hang out SOON"; when I just don't have the time or energy to think more than a few hours ahead at a time and have been cancelling most of my plans lately.

Relieved that the moving process will soon be over.

Got to spend time with my cousin today. It's been almost three years since I've had the chance to do that. We used to see eachother almost everyday back then but things happened, family fell out and we kind of lost touch.
